Hindi inaasahan ng isang babae na ganito ang gagawin ng rider matapos niyang mawrong send at magpabili ng gamot.

A customer name Diane Francheska Ombac shared on Facebook last April 10, her one-of-a-kind experience when she mistakenly sent a message to a rider, who helped her buy medicine for her asthma which she badly needed at that time.

“Hello kay Kuya na mabait na na abala sa ka tangahan ko 😭 sorryy hirap na hirap na talaga ko kanina. Akala ko kapatid yung na text ko. Akala ko din siya talaga kaya nung sinabi nyang malayo na siya, di na ko nag reply. Bumalik si kuya binilhan nya ko tapos hindi siningil yung shipping.”

Me: nakahiga na nagpa tapik na ko sa kapatid ko sa likod kasi hindi na talaga ko maka hinga.
“bat nag text ka pa sakin na papunta na ko?”

Kapatid ko: Hala shunga ka hindi ako yan oh. Yung driver yan oh.

Na shookt nalang ako then nag text ako agad kay kuya. Pero naka bili na siya.

Ombac added “Kuya padadalhan nalang kita ng pang meryenda mo.”

Diane Ombac, after receiving the package from the rider named Ronald Bacani she started to have difficulty in breathing due to asthma.

She then texted her brother to buy her medicine and later on realized that she sent the message to Bacani.

“Right after makaalis ni kuya, dun na po ako inatake ng asthma kasi medyo maalikabok yung mirror. Ang akala ko po kapatid ko yung na-text ko,” she said on an interview with Inquirer

Her post went viral overnight on Facebook as netizens continue to give praises to the good rider who extend help in a time of emergency.

Upon seeing her post, Bacani also expressed gratitude to Ombac for the appreciation he received online.
